i didnt write the declaration of independence. if i had i wouldve left out the word equality
it is inequality which produces the dynamic of cultural evolution
an equalitarian system produces stagnation as we saw in the soviet union
it produces a permanent welfare/parasite class which produces criminals
you say what abt equality before the law. he who has the best lawyer & shops for the best judge gets unequal justice even under 'equalitarianism'. and the leaders of an equality system are not equal to the others

how can there be equality in the legal system when each crime is different from all others
most disputes are settled out of court but for violent crimes force has to be used to get the defendant to appear before the aggrieved...in this case a solve has to be arrived at by the guidance of an expert
